Software Engineer & Designer

I'm a San Francisco-based software engineer with over six years of experience developing scalable, cloud-native platforms and intuitive user interfaces. With dual Master’s degrees—one in Computer Science and another in Web Design and New Media (UI/UX)—as well as a Bachelor's in Software Engineering, I bring a rare blend of technical depth and design expertise.

Currently, I work at MontaVista Software in San Jose, where I a principal contributor to the development of advanced test automation solutions and high-performance backend systems for enterprise Linux distributions. My work spans full-stack development, REST API design, machine learning–driven vulnerability analysis, and cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

My background also includes UX research and interface design, which enables me to create software that is not only robust and scalable but also thoughtfully crafted for usability.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring San Francisco’s culinary landscape and taking walks through the city’s eclectic neighborhoods. This site showcases my professional experience, academic background, and key projects—as well as a few of my personal interests.

Deep Learning-based Gender Classification

Implemented and applied AlexNet, VGGNet, and a Custom CNN Model on facial images to compare their performance on gender detection. Achieved accuracy of 88-92%.

Robot Manipulator
